Sacred Sites Recorrido

DSC_9885-1Since December of 2016 I have been honored to work with mamos, spiritual leaders of the 4 families, the Kogis, Arhuacos, Wiwas and Kankuamos, indigenous ethnic groups that have lived in what we now call Colombia’s Sierra Nevada for thousands of years.

Mamo means a state of being in fully conscious connective thought to the Universal Mother. Mamos are energetic activators in service to the Mother Earth. Their purpose for living in to serve Our Mother.

In September of 2017, a group of North Americans who believe it’s their mission to serve The Mother came togetherin Mt. Shasta, California to perform ceremonies called pagamentos orpayments with the mamos to honor Mt. Shasta’s sacred sites.

The mamos wish to return to the United States in 2018 because they feel the energy of Mother Nature’s sacred sites in North America is very weak. Mamos call the sacred sites of the planet The Cosmic Energy Connectors of the Universe and they’ve been tracking our sacred sites from a cosmic, universal perspective, which means they’ve seen the future. They say that many members of the human race have stopped giving back because they’ve forgotten how. They’ve completely disconnected from The Mother. If sacred sites in North America are not restored and revitalized Mother Nature will loose her ability to strengthen and empower humanity to regain balance, which means we will fail as a species. They don’t say this to inspire fear, they mean only to state what they know. They ask us questions: Do we want to stay or go? What is our choice? If we want to stay, they’ll help us do that. If we want to go they’ll accept that.

The mamos hope that they can join indigenous people worldwide who are coming together in ceremony and in meditation to help heal themselves, all of humanity and the planet through sacred service. The mamos feel that it’s essential for all of us to perform energetic ceremonies of acknowledgment and appreciation in order to give back to Mother Earth for all that She has given us, that we come together, people from all ethnic groups, to do so.

The mamos are also coming to North America to emphasize the importance of doing pagamento at sacred sites NOW. Connecting to sacred sites connects us to sacred knowledge of the natural world, the entire planet and ultimately the universe.

The mamos wish to address the disconnect from Our Mother in communities and academic institutions in locations in the United States to create opportunities to awaken consciousness, and to help us with a critical realization: the health of Our Mother directly affects our personal spiritual, mental and physical health. We’re knowledgeable on many different subjects academically. Many of us have degrees. While the knowledge we have is useful for living in the material world, living in service to The Mother, living from a space of awakened consciousness, fostering respect towards Mother Earth and all of humanity is essential to our existence.

Consciousness stemming from a place of deep understanding of our connection to Mother Earth must be awakened in North America. For the mamos and for people in many indigenous cultures worldwide, living with respect, caring, and mindfulness towards the natural environment is a basic guideline essential to human survival on this planet.

The activation of sacred sites begins with our own personal awakening of consciousness. What is the reflection of ourselves that we want the world to see? The word of the mamos activates that reflection. They bring a message. They seek more to inform than to teach, to awaken knowledge rather then reach for it.

Will you contribute $1.00? $4.00? $70.00? to help support the mamos travel to North America so that they can support you? You can link here to make a tax deductible donation through our umbrella organization. Use the menu on the LEFT of the home page and in the note section please write “To bring the mamos to North America in 2018” We’ll be very grateful. We can’t do this alone. We are better together. Thank you so much.
